We aim to fill as many roles as possible through the main intake, but things change and new roles come up. Applying to the rolling intake means your application will be reviewed as a suitable role comes up.What your day as a KPMG graduate could look like:Youll be part of a team of experienced and early-career professionals working on solving problems. The client (which could be an international company, a local charity, or a small business) brings us a challenge, and we create a team and a plan to help solve it.The work varies depending on your team and the client. Expect to build knowledge across several industries and businesses. In Business & Consulting, you might assess and advise on supply chain processes, evaluate the success of a service or program, develop strategic business plans, improve customer and operational efficiencies, or drive change initiatives to help clients adapt to market demands. A significant part of your role will involve research and report writing.Teams are often multidisciplinary, bringing together colleagues from various backgrounds, such as forensic accounting, environmental specialists, and change and communications professionals, to bring the best ideas to the table.About the graduate program:For students in their final year of study in 2025 or recent graduates not yet in professional roles.A one-year growth pathway with targeted coaching, support, and development.Real work from the start to make an impact and learn immediately.Start in February 2026 (some teams may have slightly different schedules) with a full-time, ongoing graduate role.What grads say:My managers have had clear conversations with me about expectations for progression, like developing certain skills, and that guidance has helped me reach where I am today.
