This role partners with leaders and teams to ensure initiatives are effectively designed, delivered, and embedded, contributing to the achievement of platform-wide business outcomes.Some of the key responsibilities include:Partner with GPAC leaders and delivery teams to scope, plan, and support the execution of strategic initiatives.Orchestrate the Quarterly Delivery Cycle, supporting platform-wide prioritisation, preparation of the Quarterly Business Memo and associated artefacts.Serve as the custodian of delivery processes and workfl ow tools, driving enhancements.Drive tactical calendar management to ensure alignment of GPAC activities with broader Group rhythms, enabling effective planning and sequencing of work.Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities across delivery and agile ways of working.Co-create high-quality executive presentations, program updates, and reports tailored for Group Executives, board members, and senior stakeholders.What youll bringLeveraging your transformation expertise, youll drive tactical delivery, uplift capability, and help shape the future of how we work across diverse focus areas including sustainability, government relations, communications and media.To be successful in this role youll have:Proven experience in managing or supporting strategic programs and initiatives.Strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle, governance rhythms, and prioritisation frameworks.Deep familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, including executives and delivery teams.Experience supporting quarterly or annual planning cycles, business reviews, and prioritisation activities.Proficiency in delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPoint, Excel).Demonstrated ability to lead small squads, guide initiatives through ambiguity, and deliver outcomes at pace.What youll experienceA global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Access to Sonder.
