This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and maintaining exceptional service standards across our national network.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute a strategic national account call plan to maintain regular client engagement.Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and drive new business growth.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.Respond promptly and professionally to all client enquiries and service requests.Monitor and report on service performance against agreed KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to ensure seamless service delivery.Leverage CRM systems to document activities, track interactions, and identify trends or service gaps.Assist the Sales team with tender and proposal support (RFT/RFQ) as it relates to fleet services.Provide expert guidance and support for clients'' materials handling equipment (MHE) requirements.About YouProven experience in account management, customer service, or fleet services.
