As the technical owner of our HCM, youll be responsible for the effective implementation of the UKG Ready system. From project planning and configuration to integration and optimization, youll ensure the system delivers seamless experiences for employees and stakeholders alike.Whats criticalYoull act as the systems subject matter expert, guiding its configuration to suit our unique business needs and ensuring a seamless rollout and embedment. Managing system integrations and collaborating with internal teams and external partners, youll ensure data flows effortlessly between platforms, enabling accurate reporting and smarter decision-making.In addition to overseeing the technical side, youll work closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve processes, and drive adoption of the new system. This includes designing training materials, running workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure employees and managers feel confident in using the platform.What Success Looks LikeYour success in this role will be measured by the implementation of the project and the systems ability to enhance employee and business experiences.
