We are expanding our team of over 6,000 employees (and growing) across 30+ offices globally.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced People Project Manager to join our APAC People team on an 18-month fixed term contract. Based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of people-focused projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. Youll lead a small, matrixed distributed project team across multiple locations, being responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving risks and issues throughout the entire project lifecycle. A key focus of this role will be driving organisational transformation and change, including managing our global office footprint strategy and expansion into emerging markets.Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, implementing initiatives that foster a more inclusive workplace. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
