We collaborate with charities, private organisations, and the Government to benefit local communities.As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice, guidance, and support in various areas of human resources, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits administration, compliance, and more. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the employee experience and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.About the role:Provide timely operational HR advice and managers and employeesRespond to all staff requests for information relating to terms and conditions of employment, award and agreement entitlements, allowances, leave accruals, and other related mattersMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of policies/procedures, employment awards and agreements and relevantOversee the on-boarding of new employeesConduct investigations into staffing related matters as needed by the organisationMonitor and review the performance review process in area of responsibilityPrepare reports as required to ensure all entitlements and requirements have been met and correctly determinedUpdate and maintain the HRIS system, Kronos, ensuring a high level of data integrity is maintainedEnsure that all staff exit in a professional and timely manner, consistent with Institute cessation arrangements and conduct detailed exit interviews, reporting on issues raisedAbout you:Relevant work experience in an HR environment, with demonstrated capacity to undertake a comprehensive range of HR generalist functionsHighly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with issues of a confidential and sensitive nature, and the ability to establish trust and build strong relationships.Demonstrated knowledge, practical experience, and interpretative capacity to advise and support the organisation on a broad range of HR mattersRelevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related fieldWhat we offer you:Access to exclusive discounts and benefits at over 500 retailers across Australia, enhancing your lifestyle and wellbeing.Attractive salary package.Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Novated car leasing.Multiple career paths and advancement opportunities.The opportunity to work towards our vision of creating a wasteless society.At Re.Group, we celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
