As the Manager Events, you''ll develop and drive a unified enterprise events strategy, ensuring alignment across the business to maximize impact and investments. You will oversee the delivery of events programs, leverage new technology to enhance efficiency, engagement, and experience, and maintain a strong focus on post-implementation review and measurement. You will lead Members Best Financial Interests governance for events, continuously improving processes and evaluating event performance. Day To Day, You''ll Develop and execute the Enterprise Events strategy and Annual Events Plan aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, industry partners, and key influencers. Lead cross-functional teams to integrate events into broader marketing, engagement, educational, and CSR initiatives. Manage event operations to ensure seamless execution and optimal ROI. Report on event outcomes, connecting insights and analytics to business results. Implement a technology-driven event maturity program to improve efficiencies and engagement. Oversee planning and delivery of high-quality events, ensuring excellent attendee experience. Conduct post-event reviews to gather insights and optimize future events. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities to keep the organization competitive. About You You are a great communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, quick problem-solver, and creative thinker. You likely meet some of the following criteria: Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in leading high-performing, engaged teams. Minimum 5 years in events roles. Strong stakeholder management skills. Budget management and commercial acumen. Organized, resourceful, and capable of working with complexity. Experienced in marketing with a strong network and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
