Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.What We need from you:Ideally you will have the following skills: 5 years experience as a chef Experience in a senior culinary role within a high-volume, environment. Strong understanding of food trends and dietary requirements. Proven ability to lead and motivate a large team. Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
