We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What youll doWe are looking for a Cost Analyst II to join our team in Portland, Victoria.The role responsibilities include:Liaise with Worley Corporate and Client accounting groups to establish a project cost control and reporting methodology.Develop, implement and control the project accounting and job costing system to meet project requirements.Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processed.Interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs.Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices. Ensure payment of invoices according to contract terms.Preparation of project invoices in conjunction with the Accounts Department.Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project.Implement financial controls including controlling authorisations of expenditure and cash flow projections.Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members.Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly regarding cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters.Prepare and control Inter Entity Work Orders.What youll haveCost Analyst / project accounting experience.Experience with SAP is essential.Experience and ability to use mainstream Cost Controller systems, Ecosys experience will be highly regarded.Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.Be based in or around Portland, or prepared to travel to Portland once a week.Why you should applyTake advantage of our global on-line learning platform!Competitive remuneration & employee benefits.Enjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
