Our workplace is more than a space - its a community of passionate individuals shaping the future of the alcoholic beverage industry.Role OverviewAs a Key Account Manager, you will drive keg and pack sales growth for key accounts in the on-premise space (bars, pubs, restaurants) and ensure effective distribution across NSW. You will build strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, and industry stakeholders, executing joint business plans supporting our long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales and distribution growth targets for key accounts and overall NSW business.Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers, venues, wholesalers, and industry associations.Build and execute 6-12 month business plans leveraging the GDA playbook.Collaborate with internal teams including Field Sales Managers, Heads of Sales & Marketing to align efforts.Use CRM systems to set tasks, track progress, and drive outcomes.Provide market intelligence and analysis for strategic decisions.Deliver sales reports and lead regular sales meetings.Manage key projects to drive future growth.Support negotiations and range reviews for product placement and customer satisfaction.Manage forecasting, wholesaler relationships, and out-of-stock issues.Skills and ExperienceProven sales experience, ideally in beverage or FMCG industries.Strong understanding of on-premise sales and key account management.Ability to build effective external relationships.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Results-driven and autonomous work style.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.Strategic thinker with data analysis skills.Willing to travel, including evenings and weekends.Why Join Us?We foster an inclusive, dynamic environment for career growth, meaningful relationships, and impact.
