What''s the role?As the Night Team Leader at the Hobart Print Centre, youll be the driving force behind our night operations ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You''ll report to the Site Leader and be a key member of the leadership team. Your main focus will be to lead the Presshall and Publishing teams with energy and accountability, ensuring top-quality output and team engagement.Lead and oversee all night shift operations at HPCEnsure products are produced and delivered on time and to a high standardTake charge of safety protocols and maintain a zero-tolerance stance on unsafe practicesAct as the first point of contact for delivery or quality issues during the night shiftRespond to internal customer complaints and keep the Site Leader informedHelp manage and optimise budgets, including finding cost-saving opportunitiesPlan rosters and implement performance-improvement initiativesCommunicate clearly and regularly with your team and other stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement aligned with the six operational pillars: safety, people, quality, environment, efficiency, and costSupport performance management and development across your teamWho are you?Youre a confident, hands-on leader with a strong understanding of production environments and a passion for improving processes.
