About the Role: Reporting to the Regional Manager Workforce Australia, your role will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. Required to meet specific targets, you will provide tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. Your client group is diverse in all manners, requiring special assistance to navigate societal stigma and prejudice. Tailored and specialised support is critical, with a need to collaborate between local community agencies, social service organisations and employer networks to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes. Requirements: * Employment services or recruitment experience is essential * Relevant experience in employment services, retail, customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success in this role * Aptitude for working successfully within target driven environments is critical A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role. You will be a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, bringing experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a related field. Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks will also be important. Adaptability and resilience are key traits, as you navigate the diverse needs of job seekers and employers alike.
