Job Description

As a Post Placement Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment.This role is located can be based out of any APM DES office in Hobart, TAS.What We Need From YouExperience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.High degree of self-motivationStrong engagement and relationship building skillsExperience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programsEssential RequirementsEligible to work in AustraliaCurrent driver''s licenceAccess to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposesCriminal history checkWorking with Children CheckAbout APM GroupWere a diverse team of over 13,000 people across 11 countries with a shared purpose - to enable better lives.
