Together, we configure the landscape to meet the security, reliability, connectivity and sustainability needs for today and tomorrow.About the role:In this role, you will lead your team to deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring the facilities operate securely and without interruption. Your responsibilities will include managing site logistics, security, general maintenance outside of technical zones, and ensuring the internal and external presentation of the facilities is top-notch. Additionally, you will handle escalations and ad hoc business priorities promptly, ensuring all services meet high standards.Other duties include:Oversee daily operations of Data Centre facilities, ensuring uninterrupted service and effective risk management.Lead and mentor staff, contributing to their development and knowledge sharing.Manage customer interactions, service provider relations, and the onboarding of clients, contractors, and staff.Assist in procurement activities, maintenance contracts, and obtaining necessary certifications for facility compliance.Contribute to and manage the site expense budget while supporting broader financial and operational objectives.About you:This role would be suitable for someone who has extensive people management experience within facilities, property management or operations (ideally within a critical environment).Proven experience with leading teams, including logistics coordination and facility presentation.Exposure to physical security, ensuring proper processes, documentation, and adherence to Health & Safety standards.Ability to manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and internal management to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.How to Apply:If you''re looking to be part of Australia and New Zealand''s leading large-scale data centre innovator, submit your resume and cover letter by clicking Apply.Diversity helps us all achieve more.
