We are BUILT FOR THE WILD.The Corporate Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate channel and managing inbound corporate enquiries along with the ancillary operational functions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by providing support for escalations from our Corporate Sales and Customer Service team. You will leverage your knowledge of order issues and failure points and work cross-functionally with Operations and Commercial Programs to resolve pain points. You are driven by curiosity to find big picture solutions. You adapt to rapidly changing priorities while still managing to stay organized.You are a highly motivated and self-driven service professional with excellent communication skills, business savvy, and able to quickly engage with customers and build relationships. You understand success includes both sales performance and best-in-class customer satisfaction.You get things done a lot of things. You love YETI, we mean really love and believe in YETI... in the products, the vision and most of all relate to the YETI customers.Responsibilities:Manage all inbound Corporate Sales enquiries and ordersRespond to all enquiries relating to Pricing, MOQs, item availability and/or placement of purchase ordersUpdate customers with updates on Order Status on a weekly basisMake recommendations to customers by suggesting recommendations across a product mix. Demonstrating understanding of product features, and provide recommendations on products suited to the customers needsDeliver an exceptional customer experience through written and verbal communicationsStrong understanding of brand and ensuring customers align with YETIs strategy and brand guidelinesCreate product-proofs for customers, ensuring their logos are accurately represented on our products and maintaining gallery designsBecome a brand expert to be able to execute on-brand designs and edit others work for brand accuracySupport closing the sales-cycle and ensure prompt order creation for leads and business developed by the Corporate Sales teamManage all orders from start to finish and serve as the dedicated resource for the account, providing timely updates and holistic information on ordersCollaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude fostering teamworkProvide consistent insight and feedback on how to improve our business processEffectively communicate with customers when inventory constraints and/or quality issues impact timely fulfillment of orderQualifications and Attributes:At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales related positionExperience with Zendesk, Shopify and ERP systems is a plusProven experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBenefits & Perks:Click here to learn about the benefits and perks we offer at YETI.YETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Our commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our employees.
