Mining Operations SECURITY SuperintendentOpportunity for an experienced Mining Operations SECURITY Superintendent to work on a landmark APAC ''mega project'' at the greenfield stage.This role offers the chance to be involved before production begins and to ''own'' all aspects of Operations Security.Work on an expat FIFO basis from any global point of hire.Key Skills & Experience RequiredSignificant asset protection experience in Police or relevant Military role.Experience leading and coordinating security teams.Expertise in emergency response, incident investigation, and liaising with authorities.Knowledge of security systems and protocols for large mining operations.Proven leadership skills and ability to improve team safety awareness.Understanding of relevant mining legislation.Experience managing department costs and budgets.Application of continuous improvement ideas.Computer SkillsProficiency with management systems, word processing, presentation, and spreadsheets.Communication SkillsEffective communication across all levels, strong report writing, and presentation skills.
