We do this to provide value-adding funding for health, education, and research programs in healthcare at Mater; advancing the prevention and treatment of disease and improving the quality of life for people across our community. Reporting to the Supporter Services Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:Managing supporter queries across multiple channels including phone, email, mail, web, and social media, including escalated queries.Developing and implementing process improvements based on supporter insights and feedback to enhance fundraising programs.Assisting program managers in delivering supporter engagement activities, such as thanking donors, responding to event questions, and clarifying supporter information.Testing and refining lottery or fundraising strategies by seeking supporter feedback on new products or telemarketing scripts.Performing other administrative duties as required.Conducting outbound and follow-up calls to engage supporters, high-value donors, and VIPs, offering personalized service and recognition.About you:To be successful, you will bring exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to think strategically while delivering results.
