This will require hands-on support for complex cases, identifying trends in quality and performance (which will feed into training requirements). In this role, you will also be responsible for providing coaching, training and mentoring for Vetting Analysts.Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly and/or with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.Your key responsibilities Quality assurance conduct ongoing QA for all allocated cases, ranging from Baseline to NV2, aligning to the quality expectations and procedures/policies for EY and the Agency, working within the requirements of PSPF, Quality assurance management help to manage the QA case queue. Support and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Agency and EY standards. Provide inputs into quality measurement and reporting. Training delivery facilitate and deliver training / updates / coaching based on identified trends and from QA, as well as supporting a continuous development program for current / experienced vetting analysts using different techniques to engage a virtual audience Complex case support provide hands on support for complex cases, using experience and vetting knowledge to enable vetting analysts to complete the case. Performance metrics and reporting - prepare and present reports on training outcomes, quality metrics (based on agreed KPIs), and improvement recommendations to senior management. Continuous improvement stay informed about industry trends, best practices, EY quality and performance trends to inform training methods and focusWhat we look forTo be considered for this role you must have A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting) Vetting and QA experience (essential) in Government or similar high-security environmentsIdeally, youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Training: Experience with on-the-job training and upskilling new vetting analysts with the processes, skills, systems and requirements to be a best-in-class vetter.
