About The Role As the National Account Manager - Coles, you will manage a $150M portfolio, taking full commercial ownership of the Coles account. Your responsibilities include leading account strategy, delivering the joint business plan (JBP), managing forecasting and promotional planning, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve challenges across the supply chain. This role suits candidates with 2-3 years of NAM-level experience or a Category Manager ready to step into account management. You should have a strong commercial mindset, energy, adaptability, and a passion for results and relationship building. Responsibilities Own and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with Coles. Achieve targets for volume, net sales, margin, promo ROI, and customer service. Drive category planning including range, pricing, promotions, and forecasting. Represent DON across all Coles touchpoints including commercial, supply chain, and merchandising. Manage a small team (3-4 people), supporting execution and engagement. Participate in strategic planning forums, S&OP, and customer innovation reviews. Resolve operational issues from factory to shelf. Act as a brand ambassador for DON, building strong partnerships. FMCG background food, chilled, or fresh experience is a plus but not essential. Collaborative, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional work ability. Confidence to challenge norms and seek improvements. Proactive, hands-on mindset. Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders. Experience in agile, ownership-driven environments.
