You will be an integral part of the well established Home Care Team, ensuring Home Care consumers receive optimal service delivery and care in the community. This role will work on a rotating roster during business hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. The position is based at our Moubray Street Melbourne office and working from home.Key responsibilities are:Coordinate services within consumer budgetsEnsure services are scheduled to meet consumer needs and preferencesProvide customer service excellenceKey RequirementsExcellent customer service and attention to detailStrong rostering/scheduling experienceAbility to work after-hours on callWork independently and support the teamOutstanding problem-solving ability with a can do attitudeCommunity Aged Care knowledgeComfortable learning new computer systemsHighly developed computer skills, MS Office and databaseDesirable but not requiredSecond languageExperience using Healthmetrics eCase PHCCertificate in a community, aged care or front-line services disciplineAt Royal Freemasons, we offer our staffWarm and friendly team environment where your ideas and contributions are valuedSalary Packaging - as a Not-for-Profit organisation we provide the ability for our staff to salary package up to $15,900 per annum of your salary plus relevant salary packaging fees which significantly increases the take home value of your remuneration package.
