KBR provides project management consultancy services covering planning, controls, design, engineering, and early works implementation.Main Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of project delivery within the program management framework for major construction projects.Oversee construction contractors'' methodologies and schedules.Coordinate construction activities, including logistics, permits, commissioning, and handover, ensuring project standards, budget, schedule, and quality are met.Interface with team sections to meet program objectives.Develop and monitor the project execution plan, ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and best practices.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop constructible and value-engineered design solutions.Monitor and report on contractor performance, including health, safety, and environmental compliance.Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.Chair meetings with contractors and consultants.Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards.Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:BSc in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum 15 years of overall experience.At least 10 years in a similar role.At least 5 years of Middle East experience.Strong knowledge of building operations, project management, and delivery of complex projects.Experience with Primavera Contracts Manager is advantageous.Fluent in English; Arabic skills are advantageous.Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Commercial awareness.Customer-focused approach.Planning and organizational skills.Responsibility-taking.HSE competency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
