Base Salary $170K-$180K+ super + annual bonusFIFO from Townsville8/6 RosterAt IPL our people vision is to unlock our people capability and culture to create safe, inclusive and high performing teams on the ground.The RoleReporting to the Maintenance Manager this role will see you manage the mechanical maintenance resources to safely plan and execute work through application of work management processes.Your Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited ToSupport continuous improvement of processes, systems and methodology which can be counted towards plant availability targets.Effectively develop the mechanical maintenance teams through effective and consistent coaching and performance management.Foster and implement work management processes to meet work management KPIs.Actively develop and maintain effective working relationship with relevant production superintendents.Interact closely with the Reliability Function at Phosphate Hill, ensuring equipment strategy improvement is initiated and implemented.Formulate and manage annual maintenance budgets maintaining effective cost control.What Youll BringIdeally you will have proven experience in a leadership role within a Maintenance environment in heavy industry.
