Theyre looking to appoint a Junior Facilities Project Manager with a background in facilities management or the built environment to support the delivery of a range of FM-related projects.This role is focused on property, estate, and infrastructure projectsincluding self-delivered variations and lifecycle workswithin a live, operational healthcare environment.Its an excellent opportunity for someone with around 34 years experience in the built environment who is looking to take the next step in a client-side project role.Key responsibilities:Supporting the delivery of FM and lifecycle projects across a healthcare estateCoordinating with internal teams and external contractorsManaging project documentation, data, and financial tracking in ExcelWorking with stakeholders across all levels to ensure smooth project deliveryApplying knowledge of RIBA project stages to support planning and deliveryWhat we''re looking for:Experience in facilities management, building services, or estate-based projectsSolid understanding of the RIBA plan of workStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsConfident use of Excel to support project reporting and coordinationOrganised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple workstreamsPFI or healthcare experience is not required, but a good grasp of how to operate in a complex, live environment will be valuable.If youre looking to grow your career in FM project management within a supportive and dynamic team, wed love to hear from you.
