This role focuses on identifying, targeting, and acquiring new dispensing partners to enhance the distribution and accessibility of prescriptions to Alternaleaf patients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, an ability to thoroughly understand the target market, and a genuine passion for patient care. This role is key to increasing the number and geographic footprint of our Pharmacy Partner network to ensure we meet our next-day delivery goals while minimising the risk of having a concentrated Partner Network. This role will work closely with other Fulfilment teams to onboard new Pharmacy Partners.Key Responsibilities IncludeProactively identify pharmacy partners that align with Montu''s mission and goals, developing a targeted engagement plan based on communication strategies, pharmacy categorization, and conversion drivers.Execute the acquisition plan through cold calls, site visits, and other outreach methods, ensuring all activity is accurately documented in the CRM tool.Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships and ensure high partner satisfaction.Lead negotiations with prospective partners, focusing on agreement terms and ensuring a smooth handover to the Pharmacy and Fulfilment Operations teams for successful onboarding.Regularly review pharmacy partner reports and analytics to refine the partner profile, and maintain detailed records of all acquisition activities to optimize future conversions.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or pharmacy management, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing partnerships, with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth.Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work independently while also being a team player, driving success both individually and within a collaborative environment.Additional InformationYoull be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
