You will support the Account Managers in delivering new business volume targets and meeting risk cost budgets and portfolio administration targets and be a first point of contact for all Operational enquires for our dealer and Vendor network. This role reports to the Sales Support Manager Commercial Finance.Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL.Day to dayEffectively communicate and collaborate as a team to achieve daily tasks. Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, good understanding of documentation, banking and settlement procedures in financial services environment. Identifies simple and efficient solutions.Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and is compliant with De Lage Landen standards and to ensure all operational tasks and duties have been met within a time frame.Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, internal & external, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests received via phone and email.Applies agreed business procedures to ensure strict compliance with company policies, including completion of all training requirements.Champion constant process improvement and automation across the business, improving efficiencies, accuracy and customer service.Undertake other operational tasks as directed by the Team Leader.Identify and resolve problems before they impact on DLL, customers, dealers and/or vendors.Excellent understanding of various vendors and their different subsidy programs and requirements.Documentation and OnboardingInterpreting credit approvals and issuing Letters of OfferCollaborating with credit and legal team to ensure all conditions are met, relevant documentation issued and executed via DocuSignLiaise with 3rd party financiers for execution of Deed of Priorities, Deed of Release etcLodge Master PPSR and ALLPAP registrationsCustomer Onboarding and trainingSupplier set ups and compliance checksReleases and SettlementsRecording of approvals received from Dealers/Vendors in a timely manner in line with business requirementsLiaise with other business functions (Credit, Sales & Legal) to ensure correct execution of requestsReview of requests received to ensure completeness and accuracyEnsure all requests are accurately actioned & booked into system within agreed time frameAttend to Floor Plan administration requests received through FM box and by phoneData entry and adhoc requestsPayment Allocation & ReconciliationAccurate identification & allocation of daily payments receivedReconciliations requested by internal & external stakeholdersCompleting adhoc requests including but not limited to payment reversals, waives & any other payment related requestYour ProfilePrior exposure to vendor finance and understanding of Commercial Finance processAbility to suggest improvements to systems and processesAbility to effectively share knowledgeExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Must be a team player but have the ability to work autonomouslyShows initiativeAble to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt to situationsAbility to identify and meet internal and external customer requirementsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clientsTimely & accurate computer data entryIntermediate to advanced computer skillsStrong attention to detailA strong negotiatorAbility to prioritise and work with minimum supervisionGood time management with ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlinesExperience in data entry & outbound phone callsPrevious experience in operations, customer service and collections is desirableWe not only live up to the expectations of our customers for today, but also anticipate their market needs of tomorrow.All Members EnjoyTwo working days per year volunteering for a local charity.Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks, fun health & vitality activities.Flexible hours with possibility to work from homeCareer development opportunities: online learning, member development programs.Click this link for an overview of all the benefits in your region.Choose wellbeingDLLs Wellbeing Ambition Is To Educate, Equip, And Empower Members To Build Connections, Manage Their Mental, Emotional, Physical, And Financial Wellness, And Maintain Balance Between Work And The Other Priorities That Make Up Their Lives.
