Clients travel from around the world for fittings, and the in-store journey is every bit as important as the final gown.This role is an incredible opportunity for a driven retail leader to take ownership of a flagship location, lead a passionate team, and contribute to a brand with a bold creative vision.The RoleLeading and mentoring a high-performing retail teamDriving sales and meeting/exceeding KPIsDelivering an exceptional, luxury client experienceManaging day-to-day operations including rostering, stock, training and store presentationActing as the key liaison between showroom and head office, production, and design teamsOverseeing the full post-sale journey and providing feedback to leadership for ongoing improvementsResponsibilitiesLead, train and motivate a team of stylists and support staffAchieve and exceed sales targets and conversion metricsDrive team performance through daily coaching and supportEnsure elevated client service at every touchpointManage rosters and recruitment to align with service standardsLiaise with design and production on trends and customer feedbackMaintain immaculate showroom standardsOversee stocktake processes and investigate variancesUphold compliance with HR and employment policiesHandle escalated client concerns with professionalismSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years experience in a luxury retail or fashion retail management roleProven ability to lead and inspire sales teamsStrong commercial acumen confident with KPIs, budgets and wage controlExcellent communication and leadership skillsHighly organised, solutions-focused and client-centricCalm under pressure and able to manage multiple prioritiesA natural brand ambassador with a strong personal presentation$85,000$95,000 + SuperUncapped commission potentialWork with a globally recognised and growing luxury brandBeautiful, high-end working environment in PaddingtonCareer progression within a dynamic, creative companyGenerous product discounts and team perksOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
