Your new role Processing medium to high volume invoices Creating and assisting staff with purchase orders Matching POs with supplier invoices Following up with staff and suppliers to resolve PO/invoice discrepancies Assisting the accountant and accounts payable team with ad-hoc duties Performing general administration duties and reception cover when needed What You''ll Need To Succeed You will have previous accounts payable administration experience and excellent data entry skills. You should possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment is essential. Training on the company''s accounting software will be provided, but good technical skills are necessary to learn new systems efficiently.
