To our customers, you are their trusted advisor that facilitates connection with the right team at the right time to help their business thrive.To the wider Sales team, you are the person that skilfully brings them in on an opportunity at the right moment. You feel like you are winning when our customers are happy as youre handing over quality leads to the right people at the right time.When you join the Sales team within the Customer Group you join a wider group of folk representing product, IT, sales and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, legal all the people you need to create products our consumers love and customers value. With realestate.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red house are very passionate about what they do.What The Role Is All AboutManage and maintain relationships with a mix of tiered customers in a defined market or region, ensuring their needs are met.Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engage and introduce relevant Hive team members to action.Grow revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention.Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Success.Maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support.Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan with Hive team engagement.Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs.Who Were Looking ForSomeone who can build, manage and efficiently convert their own pipeline of opportunities within SalesforceSomeome with a proven track record of business development and sales skills We are looking for hunters who chase targetsYou are curious and a connectorCan build relationships quicklyYou will know the importance of building relationships fast with internal stakeholders as well as customersYou will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in the Hive.Any experience in SaaS is desirableKnowledge of property and marketing methods helpfulAdvertising and online experience highly desirableIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsPrevious use of CRM systemsLooks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lensRetain customer base within cancellation and renewals targetsThe REA ExperienceThe physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something well never stop caring about.
