The team at Drinkworks is nimble, crafty, and has strong trade relationships to maximize brand success.Role DescriptionThe National Account Executive will support the National Account Manager in reporting, analysis and processing of sales and pricing information. Working with teams across the business including Marketing, Sales and Logistics, to achieve and deliver on role objectives.This role whilst supporting the business provides the opportunity for the successful candidate to build the skill sets required for account management.Key ActivitiesReport on financials related to the processed transactions(credits / types).Provide strong analytical and commercial support to ensure the Modern channel is driven forward to achieve market share and profit targets.Drive business projects that deliver sales growth and improved efficiencies to the business.ResponsibilitiesEnd to end claims claim management.Build on automation of processing tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.Identify claims, variances, underlying issues and implement process changes as required.Work with Retailer financial teams on disputes.Model commercial outcomes using retailer platforms and financial outputs.Forecast and review product sales and customer orders.Trade ActivationsIdentify potential issues and adjust plans to deliver business KPIs.Work with and build Retailer activations to deliver commercial outcomesRetailer and Wholesaler RecordsMaintain product records with our customers including costs and product attributes.Administration and up keep of the Promotional Plan.Internal price submissions, communication and tools for all banners.Consumer ActivationsMaintain channel consumer activation calendar and supporting banner specific versions.REQUIREMENTSPREFERREDDegree or Diploma in Business, Administration or similarRetail, Merchandising or Liquor industry experience preferred. Category experience highly regarded.Experience in either commercial, liquor management or finance preferred.ESSENTIAL1-2 years experience in category analyst or field sales role or junior finance experience.Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)Strong analytical and numerical aptitudeHigh attention to detailStrong organisational and time management skillsGreat verbal and written communication skillsProfessionalism and office experienceA go getter driven to winPassion for QualityEnjoyment of LifeRespect for People and for the PlanetMUST LIVE IN SYDNEY AND HAVE FULL RIGHTS TO WORK IN AUSTRALIAWhy you will love working with usCompetitive Package on top of your salary and bonus, you can work in a hybrid environment, in the office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week.
