About The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner, ANZ, to support our Milwaukee customer and business plans. The role focuses on building a fit-for-purpose demand plan that identifies and manages gaps, risks, and opportunities across the demand planning portfolio. Reporting to the Demand Planning Lead, you will be based at our Notting Hill office in a hybrid role. Your day-to-day will include: Manage demand inputs from various sources. Maintain system health for statistical forecast generation. Collaborate with Business Unit Account Managers, Sales, and Finance to gather account intelligence. Control demand inputs like dealer catalogues, new store estimates, and monitor demand changes to balance stock across plants. Own the demand sensing and control process, ensuring information accuracy and system updates. Provide lifecycle input for new products, transitions, and deletions. Question forecast assumptions to understand increases or decreases. Identify areas for improvement and recommend process and forecasting solutions to support business growth. Manage risks and opportunities related to the plan, escalating relevant issues. Coordinate handover processes between S&OP and S&OE. Facilitate portfolio management, providing insights for decision-making. Generate KPI reports related to purchasing and inventory for S&OP. Coordinate budget volume build by Business Unit. About You You should have a proven track record in demand planning within a fast-paced supply chain environment, with a flexible approach to change. The ideal candidate will have: Strong analytical and organizational skills. Critical thinking and initiative. Experience in collaboration and influencing stakeholders. Demonstrated continuous improvement (CI) in demand outcomes. Project management skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
