They are looking for a Deputy Boutique Manager to lead a high performing team in Sydney.In addition to the generous base salary, superannuation, generous bonuses and entitlements, you will be given amazing opportunities for professional development and internal growth.The RoleAs the Deputy Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and developing a team of dedicated Client Advisors, Senior Client Advisors and a Supervisor and ensure they are successful in delivering unparalleled service and expert guidance on a range of exquisite collections offering fine jewellery pieces, luxury watches and luxury accessories, while working with a selective clientele.Your exceptional leadership skills will ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering impeccable customer service and maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising.
