This role is responsible for crafting engaging digital and instructor-led learning solutions that evolve with the changing needs of our organisation. As the Digital Learning Design Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and developing learning solutions to support our leadership development. You will also: Liaise with subject matter experts to design digitally-focused learning solutions Create learning solutions across a variety of modalities to uplift capabilities across the organi s ation Translate enterprise and divisional capability needs into effective learning interventions Your story so far Youre a creative and strategic learning designer with a passion for leadership development. You thrive on translating complex capability needs into engaging, scalable learning experiences that make a real impact. Skilled in instructional design techniques, especially digital learning (i.e. eLearning, videos, microlearns , etc.) Previous experience with designing and developing process and systems training Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and similar platforms.
