The properties offer a range of hotel-style rooms, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, and pools for guests to enjoy. In your downtime, experience the laid-back lifestyle of the Southern Gold Coast and Tweed Heads region by visiting the beach, or exploring local pubs, clubs, and restaurants along the foreshore and surrounds.PurposeThe Performance Manager is responsible for driving the commercial performance of the Sebel Twin Towns Coolangatta through collaboration across the Twin Towns precinct, including the Twin Towns Club. The role serves as the primary contact for sales and marketing activities between Twin Towns Clubs & Resorts and Accor. It involves working closely with the Accor Commercial Team and Twin Towns Club & Resorts to leverage Accors platforms, systems, and capabilities, while ensuring KPIs and strategic goals are met.The role is based on-site within the hotel and reports to the General Manager of Sebel Twin Towns Coolangatta.Primary ResponsibilitiesAchieve revenue targets by managing sales activities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Optimize occupancy and pricing for the hotel and club based on demand forecasting, market trends, and competitor analysis.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities to refine strategies.Prepare and manage the commercial budget, set sales targets, and forecast revenue performance in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.Work closely with other departments such as operations, front office, and M&E team to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize cross-selling opportunities.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in hotel sales and marketing with a track record of achieving revenue goals.Strong understanding of revenue management principles and techniques.Analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online distribution channels.Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.Benefits include: ALL Heartist Membership discounts, Family & Friends discounts, Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, access to training platforms like Accor Academy and Typsy, global networking opportunities, and career growth prospects across our worldwide hotel portfolio.At Accor, we embrace diversity and inclusion.
