We currently have 1.0 FTE available to be filled immediately. As a General Medicine Consultant Physician, You Will Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist internal medicine services to patients Promote patient safety and quality of care Provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners and other health workers In collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants work to achieve national, state and SMHS performance standards and targets Work within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the SMHS Area Medical Credentialing Committee For the selection criteria and full position details, please see the attached Job Description Form.
