Your responsibilities will also include:Leading system change to improve medication safetyManaging QUM programs and digital innovationsDriving quality, education and staff developmentCollaborating across teams and health networksUsing data insights to guide safer practiceHow To ApplyApply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Essential CriteriaQualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by a tertiary institution e.g. Bachelor of Pharmacy and post registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills/experience.Registration: Registered with no restrictions as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Selection CriteriaRegistered without restrictions as a practicing pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with post registration clinical or management/leadership qualifications or equivalent skills/experience. Grade 3 Pharmacists must meet the criteria set out in the Health Employees'' Pharmacist (State) Award and are expected to continually demonstrate achievement of competencies within the Award.
