With the vision to be the global leader in accessible luxury and championing the empowerment of people worldwide through an unmatched shopping experience, MESHKI prides itself on being a brand that inspires and engages, fostering a culture of social change and community impact.ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Senior Graphic Designer at MESHKI, you will work with the Graphic Design team on the development and execution of multi-channel design projects, ensuring a seamless visual experience across all platforms and mediums. This includes website, mobile, print, packaging, social media, paid advertising, video and OOH. The role will place strong emphasis on print production, specifically across events, packaging and large scale print such as OOH.Please include an up to date portfolio of your email design work in your application.WHAT YOULL BE DOINGUphold and refine the brand''s visual identity by maintaining consistency in fonts, colors, tone, and overall premium aesthetic across all touchpoints.Work collaboratively to evolve the brand while staying true to its core principles, proposing new ways to refresh and innovate while maintaining its premium appeal.Collaborate with Graphic Design, Production and Marketing teams to design innovative, functional, and visually appealing packaging, from concept development through to production. This includes managing die lines, print finishes, and working with print vendors to ensure flawless production.Design compelling ad creatives for various online platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok), focusing on conversion rates, audience engagement, and brand visibility.Develop end-to-end print production for events, packaging and OOH placements, ensuring seamless execution, brand consistency, and high-quality output across all physical touchpoints.Develop large-scale advertising creatives for billboards, transit ads, and other OOH placements, ensuring high impact and attention to detail in these larger formats.Design and execute assets for Shopify website and App where required.Work on your own creative initiative, bring new innovative creative ideas to the wider team..Apply core design principles (layout, balance, contrast, hierarchy) and typography to create clean, aesthetically appealing, and functional designs that are in line with brand strategy and marketing goals.Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, e-commerce, and event teams to execute design requests efficiently. Attend regular meetings to understand the needs of each department and translate them into effective design solutions.Take initiative in managing your own workload, prioritizing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or attention to detail.Work within tight deadlines, making necessary adjustments quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset.WHAT YOULL NEED5 years of experience in a similar role for an industry leader.Experience in the fashion and retail industry is preferred.Extensive knowledge of print production, with a strong focus on event collateral, packaging and OOH placements.A tertiary qualification in Visual Communications Design, Graphic Design or similar.Be an exceptional team player, accept and take feedback on board while maintaining a positive growth mindset.Good understanding of branding and working with brand style guides.A strong knowledge of typography, the fundamentals of design and best design and typography practices.Highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage timelines.Strong, demonstrable technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/Final Cut and Photoshop)BENEFITSEmployee Perks: Monthly clothing allowance, generous employee discounts and flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
