These activities will result in new contracts, projects and change orders with clients. As a result, the revenue generated will contribute to Companys financial goals and objectives.Your Work Environment - #PositivelyConnectedYou will be working closely with a team of motivated professionals dedicated to delivering excellence and making a difference. Head Office is located in central Sydney with local team members attending in person at least 2 days per week and some team members working remotely in other states or around the world.The Australian Team is a part of a highly collaborative global business with over 1000 employees spread across 14 locations throughout the world.Your ProfileKey Tasks/ DutiesWork closely with Esker Business Development Managers as a subject matter expert with pre-sales activities (technical/functional explanations of Esker solutions, technical/functional demos, etc)Prepare standard and customised Esker solution demonstrations to prospects (direct and indirect), including working with Esker partnersManage and prioritise your tasks based on priority to ensure satisfactory and on time completionConduct and participate in remote/onsite workshops to gather Customer requirementsConduct full analysis of customers business processes and requirements and design the To Be solution with solution architectDetailed hand over to the Consulting team of requirements gathered from CustomerForming a bridge between the Customer and Consulting/CX team to ensure Customer expectations are clearly defined at start of the project/engagementConduct and write report for Discovery sessions at customersContribute, review, write relevant sections (eg. architecture, solutions scope, implementation plan, business process re-engineering, etc) of proposalsKeeping internal stakeholders and sponsor up to date regarding all opportunitiesEscalate any critical issues to line manager or account managerExercise excellence in Customer Service while communicating and liaising with clientsCompetenciesProven experience in a presales or technical sales role.Strong understanding of the companys products and solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.Essential Experience5+ years hands-on experience in software package implementations or systems configurations (either in a software company, system integrator or in house)5+ years - experience required in defining and developing functional requirements and specifications3+ years - experience with Process automation solutions, preferably in the Accounting spaceEducational RequirementsDegree level, or equivalent experienceWhat We Offer - #PositivelyFulfilledAn international environmentAn agile organisationFlexible work options including hybrid workingOpportunities for travelMonthly wellbeing allowanceCommitment to professional developmentOne dedicated day per year for CSR activitiesActive social committee and team eventsEsker is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to maintaining an inclusive and mutually respectful work environment.
