Whether it''s a high-profile business conference, a bustling exhibition, or a sold-out theatre production - you''ll be the key link between our clients, contractors, and internal departments, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.You''ll manage event operations on the ground, provide strong leadership to casual and operational staff and ensure our world-class venue delivers on every promise.About the jobReporting to the Operations Manager, the Event Delivery Manager is responsible for the on-the-ground coordination and execution of events within the convention centre. This role ensures seamless event delivery through operational oversight, effective team leadership, and a strong commitment to safety, client satisfaction, and service excellence. The Event Delivery Manager acts as the primary liaison between internal departments and clients during live events, ensuring operational standards are maintained and the client''s experience exceeds expectations.This role demands a naturally energetic and flexible individual with a "Can-do" attitude who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced events environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure and to strict rolling timelines.
