Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor in Brisbane, Australia, to lead our F&B team in delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team for operational excellence Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs while maintaining quality Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist in creating and implementing F&B promotions and events Analyze sales data for trends and improvements Conduct staff training to enhance service skills and product knowledge Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail RSA Certificate and food safety knowledge Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and early mornings Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive attitude Additional Information At Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART!
