Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.As the Manager, Projects & Optimisation, you will be joining Operations & Transformation team in Customer and Corporate Services, thats doubling down on customer obsession.Each Day, Youll Go Above And Beyond ToLead the Project Delivery and oversight of large-scale process improvement initiatives and special project workstreams, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget; monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.Lead continuous improvement and innovation through promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance process performance; encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to drive operational excellence.Data Analytics & Reporting: Expert in tracking performance leveraging performance dashboards and portfolio management tools (Power BI). Expertise in using advanced analytical techniques and tools to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement; ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights that inform decision-making.Manage NAB Legal panel, preparing materials, ensuring actions are tracked and closed and communicating with the Legal Panel on compliance and other requirementsWere looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:Leadership: Able to build, develop and lead high performing & engaged teamsAdvanced knowledge of process modelling tools, controls, familiarity with process automation techniques and methodologies / GenAI to drive performance improvements and efficienciesDemonstrated experience in integrating technology solutions with business processesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience in leading business case development, proposals and recommendation development.In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry and experience ensuring that process changes meet these standards.Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in using advanced analytical techniques and tools to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement; ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights that inform decision-makingA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
