Beyond processing, you''ll provide key support to team leaders, helping monitor workloads, address service requests promptly, and guide Processing Officers to build their skills and prioritise effectively. Your role extends to refining processes, improving documentation, and assisting with ERP system upgrades to drive best practices across the board.You''ll navigate the challenges of maintaining compliance with departmental policies while continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and controls. Confidentiality is paramount, and you''ll be relied upon to handle sensitive financial matters with discretion.
