Your role sees you applying principles, processes, behaviours and skills to effectively identify, manage, initiate and influence changes, and support others through change.Youll also:Contribute to the development of a best fit change approach and change management planDeveloping and maintaining a suite of change management artefacts/documentation that supports and coaches sustainable change for team membersSupporting the execution of change measurement activities including but not limited to impact analysts, skills gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, learning needs analysis and training programs.Gather feedback and data on the effectiveness of change tools and initiativesCoach and support managers to be part of and lead a change process within their teamAbout you and your skillsWe are looking for a change professional with proven experience in implementing programs delivering sustainable change.
