Job TitleProperty Administration OfficerJob Description SummaryAs part of the Finance team within the Finance Service Centre (FSC), this role will help to drive the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal stakeholders. The role involves generating and reviewing monthly expenditure & revenue rent rolls, preparing batches for urgent rent payments, and processing rent-related refunds.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an entry-level Property Administration Officer to join our supportive team and develop their career in property accounting. As a key member of the Finance team, you will assist in delivering accounting and financial services to internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include generating and reviewing rent rolls, preparing urgent payment batches, and processing rent refunds.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and review of expenditure and revenue rent rolls and related reportsPreparing urgent payment batches for the property accounting teamProcessing payment refund requestsProcessing workflow credit approvals within 24 hoursManaging RBL expiry reportsResponding to internal queries within 24 hoursEnsuring compliance with internal control structuresDriving efficiency and productivity through process standardization and reporting improvementsAbout YouPrevious experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, lease administration, or similar finance roles is highly desirable.
