Strong communication skills, energy, initiative, and the ability to deliver precise and impactful work in dynamic environments are essential.Key attributes include collaboration, stakeholder relationship management, and team coordination.Responsibilities:Coordinate projects, campaigns, and tasks with Communications, Engagement, and Social Responsibility teams to enhance Disney''s reputation internally and externally.Manage team operations, systems, and processes.Support end-to-end project delivery and event execution to engage Cast Members (employees).Assist with integrated communication campaigns, cause-marketing, and philanthropic initiatives.Maintain CSR compliance and reporting.Track program and task progress, communicate proactively within the team.Qualifications:2-5 years experience in Corporate Communications or related fields.Qualifications in Communications, Events, Engagement, CSR, Environmental Sustainability, ESG, or Behavioral Science.Understanding of communication and engagement principles within ANZ and globally.Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering communication and stakeholder engagement campaigns.Ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Proactive problem-solving skills and broad issue analysis.Flexible, adaptable, and open-minded.Curious with a desire to learn and grow.Additional Information:This is a unique opportunity to join a talented team delivering unparalleled entertainment across Australia and New Zealand.
