You will lead a team of finance professionals, mentoring and guiding them to identify profitability opportunities and drive business growth. Partnering with senior leaders, you will provide strategic insights and financial expertise to support key business initiatives.You will be instrumental in:Leading and mentoring a team of Finance Managers to deliver financial insights and strategic advice.Building financial and analytical capability across the Finance Business Partnering team.Driving a culture of financial literacy and commercial acumen within RAAs leadership and management teams.Partnering with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment case development.Identifying operational efficiency opportunities and establishing frameworks to track and measure impact.Enhancing financial reporting and analysis to enable informed decision-making.What will set you apart from the restYou are a confident and passionate leader with a strong ability to build relationships and drive financial performance.
