As a growing professional allied health practice of dedicated occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists, with a focus on offering a flexible and responsive mobile community service to NDIS participants, we now seek to appoint a Marketing Coordinator to manage all aspects of marketing and social media content for our brand.Due to our business expansion, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to promote our offices in Nundah, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Darwin, and Sydney.This is a full-time, office-based role, working Monday to Friday.Travel between sites will be required.Working with our Director, you will handle daily marketing operations, collaborate with internal and external partners to develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies, and apply your creativity across all social media channels and marketing content.Based at our Head Office in Nundah, your responsibilities will include:Further developing the Pacific Health & Wellbeing brand and communication strategies.Creating digital content and assets.Designing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness, utilizing analytics to optimize performance.Creating content specifically for LinkedIn.Collaborating with the Director on marketing campaigns.Participating in the organization of networking events.Leading and managing Client Relationship Management (CRM) efforts to engage existing clients and attract new business.About youYou should have experience and skills in:A bachelors degree or higher in marketing.At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and innovative in content creation.An outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to meet deadlines confidently.Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Ability to develop and implement content across all marketing platforms.A solutions-oriented, mature, and positive attitude.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.Knowledge of Allied Health is advantageous.What we offerThe chance to work within a supportive team environment.Access to an Employee Assistance Program.RequirementsNDIS Worker Screening clearance or the ability to obtain it.Working with Children Check (WWC) or the ability to obtain it.The right to live and work in Australia.A current Queensland drivers license.Willingness to undertake a medical assessment at your own expense.How to ApplyTo apply, complete the application form below and attach your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
