The Property Management Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage a small portfolio, and guide our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to mentor, strategise, and enhance the property management experience while being supported by a company that values innovation and excellence. Role & Responsibilities: Oversee property management operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention. Manage your own property portfolio actively. Use your client-centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants. Coach and support team members, providing guidance on lease renewals, arrears management, inspections, and QCAT hearings. Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency to improve operational processes. Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and upskilling programs to foster continuous learning and career development. Act as the key escalation point for tenant and landlord concerns, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, ensuring management fees, arrears, and new business targets are met consistently. Skills & Experience Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration. At least 4+ years experience as a Property Manager with leadership exposure. A current valid QLD Drivers License. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
