In an industry where $300 billion is spent annually on labor, we are fundamentally changing the experience for companies and workers by adding trust, transparency, and technology to workforce management and enable smarter business decisions.Were seeking a Product Growth Manager to drive user engagement, activation, and expansion across our multi-product B2B SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, focused on continuously optimizing the free trial experience, surfacing upgrade opportunities for our new products within the existing customer base, and creating scalable mechanisms for driving network growth and usage across our entire platform.Key ResponsibilitiesFree Trial Experience & ActivationDesign and optimize the end-to-end free trial journey, from initial sign-up to activation and sustained usage.Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to implement in-app guidance, onboarding flows, and feature tours that increase activation rates.Use product analytics to identify friction points, drop-off moments, and opportunities for improvement.Expansion & Upsell StrategiesDevelop and execute data-driven strategies to introduce and upsell new products to our existing customer base.Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to coordinate campaigns, messaging, and in-app prompts that drive product adoption.Establish a hypothesis-driven experimentation program to refine upgrade flows and messaging.Driving Network Growth & UsageCreate new mechanismssuch as referral programs, viral loops, or in-app sharing featuresthat encourage customers to expand their usage and invite new users.Monitor user activity and create feedback loops that incentivize deeper engagement and cross-product utilization.Partner with Marketing to build campaigns that highlight the platforms network value, cultivating a community of advocates.Product-Led Growth InitiativesChampion a product-led growth mindset, ensuring that the user journeyfrom acquisition to expansionis seamless and intuitive.Leverage product analytics (e.g. Amplitude) to surface insights, measure success, and inform product roadmap decisions.Regularly collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features, enhancements, and experiments that have a high impact on customer growth.Performance Tracking & ReportingDefine key metrics (e.g., trial conversion rate, user activation rate, Net Dollar Retention, expansion MRR) to measure success of growth initiatives.Build dashboards and reports to share performance updates with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.Continuously iterate on growth strategies based on data insights and user feedback.Delivery ManagementOwn and manage the changes you drive including from conception, development through to market launch including managing your own engineering pod to build and deploy changes to product experiences.Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for engineering and design teams, including user stories and use cases.Ensure qualityCollaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launchWork with Customer Success to develop onboarding resources, training materials, and customer communications that reinforce key product value propositions.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in creating business impact as a Growth Product Manager, specifically in software SaaS industryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityExperience with Agile development methodologiesAbility to write SQL queries to analyze dataProficiency in product management tools and techniques, such as roadmapping and user story creationAbility to design wireframes that are intuitive interfaces for creating user-friendly productsBachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Design, MBA is a plusBonus PointsRevenue-generating entrepreneurial experienceExperience working with an SMB customer base #J-18808-Ljbffr
