As our Student Recruitment Officer, you will: Engage and nurture leads respond to prospective student enquiries, qualify leads, and provide personalised follow-up to guide them through early decision-making stages. Manage seamless handovers identify application-ready leads and prepare clear handover documentation for the Admissions team to ensure a smooth transition. Represent at events attend and support student recruitment events, capturing and following up with leads to maintain engagement. Maintain CRM and report insights accurately log all interactions in the CRM platform, collaborate with teams, and provide regular reports to inform our student recruitment strategies. This role is permanent part-time, 22.8 hours/week (3 days/week). Remuneration: $69,790.12/year pro-rated to $41,874.07/year (excl. Super). Essential Key Attributes (please respond to these attributes in your Cover Letter): Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with prospective students both in person and remotely. Proven interpersonal and customer service skills, ideally within a sales or recruitment environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. A creative and adaptable thinker with a proactive, innovative approach. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development. Involvement in a local evangelical church and demonstrated Christian character. Alignment of personal values, beliefs, and practices with the mission, Staff Code (and Christian ethos of Morling College. Previous experience in the Higher Education sector and/or complex organisations. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Pardot highly desirable) or a demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn quickly.
