Job Description - Senior Project Engineer Civil & Mechanical (263908)The purpose of the TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of quality capital works projects for TasWater, meeting the needs of the business, stakeholders, and Tasmanian communities. The CDO manages the TasWater Capital Works Program from inception to completion, including planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases.We are seeking individuals to contribute to the development and delivery of our Selfs Point Sewer Transformation Project in Tasmania.This project encompasses four interconnected projects:Selfs Point Sewage Treatment Plant upgrade, near New Town BayDecommissioning of the existing Macquarie Point Sewage Treatment PlantThe existing Selfs Point Sewage Treatment Plant was built in 1972 to support wastewater treatment for Hobarts suburbs, currently treating about nine megalitres daily, equivalent to approximately 110,000 baths.About the RoleUGL is looking for a Senior Civil or Mechanical Project Engineer to work within the Mechanical team on the Selfs Point Sewage Treatment Plant upgrade.
